Terms and conditions for myWorld Champions Tennis 2019 Final tickets



The organiser of the competition is eyetime International Limited, (hereinafter referred to as “eyetime“), 3rd Floor, 40 Bank Street, London E14 5NR, United Kingdom. The competition starts on 27th November 2019 at 2.00 pm and ends on 29th November 2019 4.00 pm GMT.


Eligibility for participation:

Individuals are eligible to participate where they are:

(i)                  residents of the UK, with the exception of those resident in Northern Ireland;

(ii)                at least 18 years of age at the time of the competition; and

(iii)              not an employee (or a relative of an employee) of any of:

a.      eyetime,

b.      any myWorld group company,

c.       the Royal Albert Hall, Kensington Gore, London, SW7 2AP, United Kingdom (“RAH”); or

d.   the International Management Group (UK) Limited, 566 Chiswick High Road, London, W4 5HR, United Kingdom.


Participation, mode of operation of the competition and notification of the winner:

To enter the competition, each participant must ‘like’ the original applicable post (on any of eyetime’s official Facebook, Instagram or Twitter pages (“Official Media Channels”)), and ‘tag’ their guest onto the same original post.

The winner shall be selected from a lucky draw and participation in the competition is free of charge and is not bound by any purchase obligation.

The winner shall be announced at/after [29th November 4.00 pm GMT] on all Official Media Channels and shall be contacted via direct message to provide their contact details to enable prize handover. In the event of any failure by the winner to respond to such direct message by 8.00pm on 29th November, eyetime reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the eligible participants.

The prize collection will take place at the RAH on 1st December 2019 and in order to verify a winner’s ID prior to prize handover, it may be necessary for him or her to provide suitable proof of identification (e.g. official photo identification). All participants agree to their data being collected and processed by eyetime International Limited, 3rd Floor, 40 Bank Street, London E14 5NR, for the purposes of administering this competition and for prize handover. 



One prize each of two tickets for the myWorld Champions Tennis 2019 Final session (5.00pm) on 1st December 2019


Disqualification/reclamation of prizes:

myWorld reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition without justification if it suspects (in its sole discretion) any malpractice.


The winner may withdraw from the competition at any time. If the winner withdraws from the competition, the prize may be redistributed. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other material assets and may not under any circumstances be transferred to another person.


After handing over the prize, eyetime is relieved of all obligations to the participants and the winner and each shall hold eyetime harmless in this respect.


Premature termination of the competition:

The organiser reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of Participation. Each amendment will be published on https://www.eyetime.com/terms-of-participation and shall become effective immediately as of publication. The participants accept these changes by continuing to participate in the competition. Participants are unable to assert any claims in connection with these amendments.


The organiser reserves the right to terminate the competition prematurely for any reason without liability including (but without limitation) and act of force majeure.
